See there is three major principle is UNGCA resolution on which it is based, Recognition of historical wrong, Giving Preferential treatment and access and lastly Not to demand reciprocal treatment. SO classify the various principle in these three sub headings. Rest your answer is good. Structuring part is in fact very good. Keep it UP.
